52 GAGE is an independent concept store in Central, Hong Kong, curating exclusive brands and independent designers from Europe and beyond. The store specialises in sustainable footwear, designer furniture, home décor, niche fragrances, jewellery, and art prints - with a focus on quality, craft, and responsible production.

We are open Monday to Sunday, 11am to 7pm, including public holidays. For same-day in-store pick-up, please ensure your order is placed with enough time before closing.

运输和交付

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders above HKD 2,000 within Hong Kong. Oversized or heavy items such as furniture may incur additional delivery charges, which will be communicated at checkout or after your order is placed.

Orders are typically processed the same day. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for delivery. During high-traffic periods or public holidays, additional days may be required. You will be notified if there is a significant delay.

Yes. In-store pick-up is available as an option at checkout for Hong Kong orders. Orders are typically ready for collection within 2 hours of confirmation during business hours at 52 Gage Street, Central. Same-day pick-up allows you to reserve stock immediately without waiting for delivery.

  • Mainland China: HKD 100 - free above HKD 1,000 - 3 to 5 business days
  • Taiwan: HKD 120 - free above HKD 1,500 - 3 to 5 business days
  • South Korea: HKD 100 - free above HKD 2,000 - 3 to 5 business days
  • Japan: JPY 2,270 - free above JPY 22,691 - 3 to 5 business days
  • Singapore: HKD 200 - free above HKD 2,000 - 3 to 5 business days
  • Macao: MOP 103 - free above MOP 1,241 - 3 to 5 business days
  • Middle East (UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia): HKD 500 - free above HKD 4,000 - 5 to 8 business days

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. If you have not received tracking details or have concerns about your delivery, please contact us at merci@52gage.com with your order number.

If you are having trouble receiving your order, there may be a few reasons.

Refused shipments: If delivery was refused or declined and the package was returned to us, we will contact you to discuss re-delivery.

Lost shipments: We recommend first contacting your local post office to check the most up-to-date tracking information, as there may be a lag between the actual status and its online status. For Hong Kong Post, we can only submit an inquiry 14 days after the posting date.

退货和换货

All sales are final - we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. However, you can exchange your item for another item of equal or greater value within 7 days of receipt, provided the item meets our exchange policy requirements. Each order can only be exchanged once.

All items submitted for exchange must be unworn and unused, with original tags and packaging intact. The following categories are excluded from exchanges: discounted items, perishable goods, accessories, underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, electronic devices, books, prints, stationery, face masks, and gift cards. For footwear, we do not accept returns with a damaged shoebox.

Contact us at merci@52gage.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. We respond within 48 hours on weekdays (Monday to Friday).

You can return items in two ways:

  • In person: Return to our store at 52 Gage Street, Central, Hong Kong.
  • By post: Return by post at your own shipping cost. Please contact us before sending anything, as items sent without prior approval may be refused. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

BRANDS AND PRODUCTS

Every brand at 52 GAGE is personally selected by our team. We look for independent designers and exclusive labels that share our values - quality craftsmanship, responsible production, and considered design. Most of our brands are European or Asian independents not widely available elsewhere in Hong Kong.

Yes. Sustainability is central to our curation. ZETA footwear is 100% vegan and made in Portugal. BAEA bed linen is GOTS-certified organic. Many of our brands - including Origin Made, Kamaro'an, and HIBERNICIS - prioritise natural materials and ethical production. We are happy to guide you to the right product in store or via email at merci@52gage.com.

Pre-Order items are products that can be purchased before they arrive in store. Placing a Pre-Order reserves your item and guarantees your stock. Pre-Order items are clearly labelled on the product page. For specific delivery timing questions, contact us at merci@52gage.com.
