Return & Refund Policy
ORDER & EXCHANGES
If you need to make any changes to an order you have already placed, please contact us as soon as possible at merci@52gage.com with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we may not be able to make changes if your order has already been processed and shipped.
You can exchange your item for another item within 7 days of receipt, provided the item meets our exchange policy requirements. Please note that we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Each order can only be exchanged once. Exchanges must be for an item of equal or greater value. If exchanging for a higher-value item, the difference in price will be charged.
All items submitted for exchange must be:
- Unworn and unused, with all original tags attached
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
Contact us at merci@52gage.com within 7 days of receipt with your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange. We will respond within 48 hours on weekdays (Monday to Friday).
You can return your item in two ways:
In store: Drop off your item at 52 Gage Street, Central, Hong Kong.
By post: Send the item back at your own cost. Please contact us before sending - items returned without prior approval will be refused upon delivery. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
We do not provide return or exchange shipping labels.
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Sale and discounted items (final sale)
- Earrings and pierced jewellery
- Swimwear and underwear
- Gift cards
- Items returned without tags, original packaging, or proof of purchase
- Footwear returned with a damaged shoebox
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at merci@52gage.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Store credit may be offered on a case-by-case basis - please contact us at merci@52gage.com to discuss your situation.
