DOMAINE PEYRE

CUVÉE ARTE - White Wine

Domaine des Peyre has always associated ART with wine, dotting the vineyards with works of art by contemporary artists. Its owners, Georges Antoun & Patricia Alexandre have for several years had strong ties with artist Toma-l, they invited him to create a live ephemeral work at the domain in 2019. It did not take more than that for them to give him full permission to create the label of the Arte cuvée.

Thomas Labarthe, who has lived for a long time between Nantes & Marseille, now exhibits in Paris, Nantes, Lyon, Lille, New York, Montreal, Brussels & Salzburg. The artist paints without any idea before starting his work. He calls it “free & instinctive expression”. He imagined 6 different labels for this exceptional cuvée, making the bottles of the ARTE wine works of art in their own right.
